Why does this blog exist?

Tashi deleg! Lama Gonpo departed for the Copper colored Mountain seventeen years ago. Apart from a few mentions on the Net, not much is available for his students and others to read and think about. I plan to put up a biography of Lama Gonpo soon. Anyone want to help? Send me your reminiscences, or leave them as comments.
